Cut from premium beef and known for their incredible tenderness, these short ribs become melt-in-your-mouth delicious when braised, smoked, or slow cooked. Their abundant marbling and hearty texture make them perfect for everything from elegant dinners to backyard barbecue.

Cooking Instructions +

Short Ribs

  • Allow time for your short ribs to thaw completely.
  • Season thoroughly with your favorite rub.
  • Preheat your oven or smoker to 250°.
  • Place your short ribs into your oven or smoker at 250° for about 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours, transfer your short ribs to a pan and add butter pads, sliced onions and beef stock.
  • Cover pan tight with foil, place back into oven or smoker at 300° for another 1–1.5 hours or until it’s probe-tender.
  • Let your short ribs rest in a warmed oven or smoker for 1 hour.
  • Shred and serve however you like!
