Roast

• Allow time for your roast to thaw completely.
• Season thoroughly with Melotte Meats All Purpose Seasoning Salt.
• Preheat your oven or smoker to 450°.
• Place your roast into your oven or smoker for 30 minutes at 450°.
• After 30 minutes, turn the temperature down to 325°.
• Let your roast cook for 1–2 hours until it reaches your desired internal temperature – See Internal Temperature Chart
• Note: Remove your roast 5–10° before your target temperature, as it will continue to cook while it rests.
• Let your roast rest for 10–15 minutes, cut horizontally into 1” wide slices and serve.
