On a sizzling hot grill at the new Mellotte Marketplace, Lambeau Field Executive Chef Heath Barbato puts the finishing touches on one of his latest creations.

"It's kind of a Philly cheese steak of a sausage hoagie. And then we have some peppers, and onions, and a beer cheese sauce on that," said Heath Barbato, Lambeau Field Executive Chef.
